Electric actuator is an important driving device and control device of electric valve in industrial control valve. Commonly known as: electric head; Also known as: electric actuator for the actuator is widely defined as: a driving device that can provide a straight line or rotation, it uses a drive energy and works under the action of a control signal.

Actuators use liquids, gases, electricity, or other energy sources and convert them into drives by means of motors, cylinders, or other devices. The basic actuator is used to drive the valve to the fully open or closed position. With the control valve actuator can accurately make the valve to a variety of positions. Although most actuators are used to open and close valves, today's actuators are designed for more than simple switching functions. They include position sensors, torque sensors, logic controls, digital communication modules, and PID control modules, all of which are housed in a compact housing.

Control principle:

Double loop control scheme is adopted. The speed loop mainly compares the current speed with the set speed sent by the speed given generator, changes the carrier frequency of the PWM wave generator through the speed regulator, and realizes the speed adjustment of the motor. The speed regulator adopts fuzzy neural network control algorithm. The outer ring mainly provides the speed setting value to the inner ring through the speed setting generator according to the speed setting of the current position. Due to the large flow valve actuator in the process of running there are acceleration, uniform speed, deceleration and other stages. The length of each stage, the magnitude of acceleration, and where to start uniform speed or deceleration are all related to the given position, current position and running speed.

The working principle of the speed given generator is: by comparing the actual valve position and the given valve position, when the two are not equal, the constant acceleration is accelerated, and the deceleration point is calculated
