Flange butterfly valve sealing structure using polytetrafluoron, synthetic rubber composite seat, the characteristics of the valve elasticity is still provided by synthetic rubber and the use of polytetrafluoron friction coefficient is low, not easy to wear, not easy to aging, so that the life of the butterfly valve can be improved.
The sealing principle and structural characteristics of flanged butterfly valve are the same as those of ordinary linear butterfly valve.
The sealing structure of Flange butterfly valve is composed of polytetrafluoron, synthetic rubber and phenolic resin compound seat, so that the seat has better strength with elasticity. At the same time, the butterfly plate is coated with polytetrafluoroethylene, so that the butterfly plate has strong corrosion resistance.
Its sealing principle and structural characteristics are the same as ordinary linear butterfly valve.
The main characteristics of flanged butterfly valve are:
1, small and light, easy disassembly and maintenance, and can be installed in any position.
2, simple structure, compact, small operating torque, 90° turn to open quickly.
3, the flow characteristics of straight line, good regulation performance.
4. The connection between butterfly plate and valve stem adopts no pin structure to overcome the possible internal leakage point.
5, butterfly plate outer circle using spherical shape, improve the sealing performance and prolong the service life of the valve, with pressure open and close more than 50,000 times still maintain zero leakage.
6, the sealing parts can be replaced, and the sealing is reliable to achieve two-way sealing.
7, butterfly plate can be spraying coating according to user requirements, such as nylon or ptfe.
9, the driving mode can choose manual, electric or pneumatic.
Flange butterfly valve is suitable for temperature ≤120℃ or ≤150℃, nominal pressure ≤ 1.6mpa water supply and drainage, sewage, food, heating, gas, ship, hydropower, metallurgy, energy system and textile industries, especially for two-way sealing and valve corrosion occasions, as flow regulation and closure medium.
Clamp flange connection sequence:
1, pipe: tube cutter or grinding wheel cutting machine, (cutting piece should be special) according to the required length of vertical cutting stainless steel pipe, repair end head burr, whole circle;
2. Welding: the left and right conical flange pieces (with grooves for embedding with flange gaskets on both sides) and the two pipe ports to be connected are welded by TUNGSTEN argon arc welding (TIG welding);
3. Gasket: bilateral flange gasket between left and right flanges;
4, fastening: clamp two flange pieces, with fastening screws (hexagon bolt) clamp flange or fastening handle (one end of the external thread is connected with the internal thread of the handle, one end of the fixed rivets are connected).
